I’m a Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist specializing in women’s health. I help women get to the root of their symptoms and reclaim their energy, balance, and vitality through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My focus areas include gut health, hormonal balance, blood sugar regulation, and metabolic optimization. I offer a virtual 1:1 comprehensive four-month wellness program, functional lab testing, and corporate wellness initiatives.

[FNA] has truly changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. I came into the program feeling burnt out and at a crossroads in my career — and now, I feel completely re-inspired. I’ve transformed my practice, reconnected with my purpose, and feel energized and excited about the work I’m doing every day.

Erin and Rachel, your love, support, and generosity with your knowledge and experience have made such a profound impact on me. I’ve learned so much from you both, and the way you lead and serve has truly shifted how I show up in my work and life. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I found Erin’s podcast and immediately felt like I’d discovered the missing puzzle piece. I had spent a lot of time researching different functional medicine programs because I didn’t want to make a huge monetary and time investment without knowing it was the right one. In the end, I decided FNA was the only program worth my time. What stood out to me was how it melded together the physical, nutritional, stress, and emotional components — and ultimately, it became the final puzzle piece I needed, not just for myself, but for my clients as well.

I now offer 1-on-1 functional medicine programs, a group hormone program called "Embody Balance", and I own an in-person clinic that offers chiropractic care and physical medicine.

I'm about halfway through the program and can confidently say that enrolling in FNA was by far one of the best decisions I've ever made, on both a personal and professional level.

Not only have I learned so much about functional medicine (like seriously, SO much), but I've also learned a lot about myself along the way. Participating in this program has helped me to gain the confidence and clarity that I needed to leave a comfortable, yet unfulfilling, 8-5 job and move forward with my dream of opening a functional nutrition private practice. If it weren't for this program, I'm not sure if I ever would have built up the courage to make this leap, no matter how many functional nutrition trainings & certification programs I completed.

— Kara

I just want to take a hot minute and share how much has already been churned up for me, in me, before the program has even officially started. The podcast with Jessica Flanagan was AAAAHHHHHMAZINGGGGG. So much inward work—thoughts, feelings, beliefs, reality checks and fucking personal work to do. Aside from the leveling up I know I will learn in terms of the functional piece, I already know I’m not going to be the same person and practitioner when this is done. There have been just a couple of times in my life where I feel I spent great money on myself—and damn this is one of them. So thank you in advance and I’m beyond banana bonkers happy that I joined FNA.

— Jocelyn

I really don't think there's a better place to get the full package of learning the science, participating in labs, and also gaining practical mentorship while working with clients. Without this program, I would not have been able to jump into offering lab work at all, or have had the confidence, and I'm able to just deliver better results.

— Ester

I really appreciated that FNA allowed me to treat this as a science, but also an art form of understanding how to help certain people. So I really loved the program. Can't talk highly enough of it. It was awesome. And I am very glad that I enrolled.

—Holley

I didn't want to make a huge monetary and time investment without it being the right one… I eventually decided that FNA was absolutely the only choice worth my time at that point because it combined the physical, nutritional, stress, spiritual, and emotional aspects.

—Emily

I graduated from this program a couple of months ago, and last year was my most successful year since opening my doors, both in terms of client outcomes and financial performance. So for me, it was a really good decision to join FNA.

—Lori

I have been over the moon with my experience in this program!! I highly recommend FNA to my fellow practitioners looking to expand on their functional nutrition knowledge, education and application; as well as those looking to embark into the realm of private practice. You have everything to gain, and this program will not disappoint. This program was everything I needed and more—it helped me organize the knowledge I already had while further expanding my understanding of the content and enhancing my ability to utilize this knowledge in practice.

— Tania

This program not only gave me the confidence to work with patients on a deeper level, but it also gave me the confidence to leave my clinical jobs so that I could focus on my private practice. It's definitely worth the investment.

— Victoria

So finding FNA was a complete game-changer for me. It is literally the best investment I have ever made. The clients I have had since being involved in FNA, I've been able to take to the next level and really help them even more on their healing journey. There's nothing more rewarding than that…  FNA is life-changing; it has completely transformed me as a practitioner and as a person, and has also changed my own life and that of my family. It was just the most amazing program.

—Liz

All of the curriculum, lab training, and mentorship were really incredible. And I would say that probably the most impactful for me personally was how Erin interweaves mindset, confidence, and mental and emotional work with the way she teaches.

Joining FNA was absolutely life-changing. It's given me so many tools and confidence, and so much more, that I was able to start down and progress on this beautiful path I am on, and I am so grateful for it.

—Darcy
